Service Description

Athletic Youth Club is a purpose-built programme rooted in Long‑Term Athlete Development (LTAD), designed to support children and young teens (ages 7–16) regardless of their sporting background. Whether your child is taking their first steps into movement or already playing sports competitively, AYC is where real athletic foundations are built, developed and mastered. Who It’s For New to Sport or PE? We help kids feel comfortable moving: running, jumping, balancing, changing direction - with fun, inclusive, adaptable activities and games. Playing Sport Already? Gain a physical edge with structured training that enhances agility, speed, strength, balance and explosive power. Focusing on Just One Sport? Our varied sessions help prevent early specialisation and build greater resilience to injury and adaptability. In‑Season Training Booster? AYC complements all main-sport training, helping maintain fitness, reduce injury risk and support recovery. What We Offer A structured and progressive 9-week programme, delivered weekly by expert coaches specialising in youth development, fundamental movement skills and sport science. Each session delivers high-energy, purposeful training that builds essential movement skills and physical qualities - laying the foundation for long-term athletic growth, confidence and all-round athleticism through: ⚡ Speed & Acceleration 🔄 Agility & Change of Direction 💪 Strength, Power & Mobility 🤸 Balance, Coordination & Movement Control 🧠 Confidence, Focus & Mental Resilience Our Approach Built around physical literacy and fundamental movement skills, transferable across sports. Cancellation Policy

At The Football Clinic, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient booking process for all our activities, ensuring fairness and clarity for all parents and guardians. Please carefully review the following terms before completing your booking. 1. Booking Confirmation A child’s place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email with key details regarding the session(s). 2. Payment Payment must be made in advance via the methods specified during the booking process. 3. Attendance It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the child arrives on time for drop-off and is collected promptly at the designated collection time. If your child is unable to attend for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. 4. Refunds and Cancellations No refunds will be provided for cancellations, non-attendance or illness once a booking has been confirmed. In the unlikely event that The Football Clinic cancels a session, a refund for the cancelled or transfer to an alternative session will be offered. 5. Changes to Bookings Changes to bookings (e.g., switching days) may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to availability. 6. Safety and Behaviour All children must adhere to The Football Clinic’s Code of Conduct. Any child displaying unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from sessions without a refund. 7. Liability The Football Clinic is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during sessions. Parents/guardians must ensure children come with the appropriate kit, including shin pads, trainers, football boots, and weather-appropriate clothing.
