Service Description
Athletic Youth Club (AYC) is a purpose-built youth athletic development programme rooted in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles. Designed for children and young teens aged 7β16, AYC supports every stage of development β whether your child is new to sport or already competing. At AYC, we focus on building the fundamental athletic qualities that underpin success in all sports: speed, coordination, strength, agility and confidence in movement. βWhat We Offer: A structured and progressive weekly training programme, delivered by experienced coaches specialising in youth development, fundamental movement skills and sport science. Each session delivers high-energy, purposeful training that builds essential movement skills and physical qualities, supporting long-term athletic growth and confidence. Athletes develop: β‘ Speed & Acceleration π Agility & Change of Direction πͺ Strength, Power & Mobility π€Έ Balance, Coordination & Movement Control π§ Confidence, Focus & Mental Resilience Our Approach: AYC is built around physical literacy and fundamental movement skills, ensuring training transfers across all sports. Our programme emphasises: β’ Progressive skill development β’ Personal goal setting and performance tracking β’ Confidence through improvement β’ An inclusive culture where effort and progress matter more than comparison We build capable, confident movers. Cancellation Policy
The Football Clinic β Booking Policy Your childβs place is confirmed once full payment has been received. As spaces are limited, weβre unable to offer refunds for cancellations, illness, missed sessions or non-attendance. If we ever need to cancel a session, we will always aim to rearrange it on the next available date. If this isnβt possible, a refund or credit will be provided. If you need to move to a different session, weβll always do our best to help subject to availability. Please ensure children arrive with the correct kit, follow our session expectations and are collected promptly. The Football Clinic cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
