Athletic Youth Club (AYC) is a purpose-built youth athletic development programme rooted in Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) principles.
Designed for children and young teens aged 7–16, AYC supports every stage of development — whether your child is new to sport or already competing.
At AYC, we focus on building the fundamental athletic qualities that underpin success in all sports: speed, coordination, strength, agility and confidence in movement.
Who It’s For? All Young People!
New to Sport or PE?
We help children develop physical literacy — learning how to run, jump, land, balance and change direction with confidence through fun, inclusive and adaptable activities.
Already Playing Sport?
Gain a physical edge with structured training designed to improve speed, agility, strength, balance and explosive power.
Focused on One Sport?
Our varied sessions support long-term development, helping reduce the risks of early specialisation while building resilience and movement adaptability.
In-Season Athlete?
AYC complements club training by helping athletes maintain physical qualities, reduce injury risk and support recovery throughout the season.

A structured and progressive weekly training programme, delivered by experienced coaches specialising in youth development, fundamental movement skills and sport science.
