At The Football Clinic, the welfare, wellbeing and safety of children and young people is our highest priority.
We are committed to providing a safe, positive, inclusive and enjoyable environment where every child can develop confidence, skills and enjoyment in sport.
Our Commitment
We aim to:
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants
• Promote positive behaviour, respect and inclusion
• Deliver age-appropriate coaching and activities
• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of young people
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and responded to appropriately
Safer Coaching
Where applicable:
• Coaches hold relevant qualifications and experience appropriate to their role
• Coaches working with children hold enhanced DBS checks
• Sessions are delivered using appropriate supervision and safe coaching practices
• Risk assessments and safeguarding procedures are used where necessary
Medical & Welfare Information
Parents/carers are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or additional needs relevant to participation.
Emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date.
Photography & Social Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be used to celebrate achievements or promote programmes. Parents/carers may request that their child is excluded from promotional photography at any time.
Safeguarding Concerns
Any concerns relating to the safety or welfare of a participant should be raised with us as soon as possible via Email: footballclinicuk@gmail.com
